Current Schedule

Tech Brown bag sessions are intended to provide short (1-hour) technology session that focus on the computing needs and interests of JCCC faculty and staff. Sessions are coordinated by the Ed Tech Center and Staff and Organizational Development. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m.  (See locations below.)

Snacks and soft drinks are available courtesy of Staff & Organizational Development.

Exploring the My Site SharePoint Space

SharePoint users have a dedicated personal SharePoint site that is password protected, backed up, and searchable from any computer connected to the internet. In this session, learn how to leverage the unique capabilities of My Site. We’ll take a look at the profile information stored there, how to track the work of colleagues outside your immediate workgroup, and aggregate your own documents and data in a robust searchable format.
