- Information will be mailed to students before the class starts.

- Tests
- No tests on campus - they are all taken on line through Blackboard.
- Self-paced or deadlines
- There is a calendar that I strongly advise students to follow for turning in assignments, tests and reports. It is stated in the syllabus that students are expected to turn in assignments and take tests according to the due dates.
- Frequency of course access
- They should plan on accessing the program two or three times a week.
- Basic online format
- Assignments are accessed and submitted through Blackboard. Weekly assignments are due, one oral report and one formal report are due. Six discussion questions to post in Blackboard and respond to other students postings may be assigned in a semester.
- Textbooks
- There is an accompanying textbook. Textbook information is available online at the JCCC Bookstore.
- Computer skills required
- Students need to be able to attach documents to e-mail, write in e-mail, enter discussion boards, etc.
